As soon as your order has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking details, so you can track your order. Please note it can take 48 hours for the tracking link to work.

To make sure you get your beautiful Abbott Lyon pieces as quickly as possible, we will ship out all non-customised items straight away. Any customised pieces will be shipped as soon as they've been lovingly created for you. Check your order confirmation email for an estimated delivery date.
WARRANTY
The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Abbott Lyon and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.
- General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care
- Watch battery depletion or damage to watch battery by incorrect usage or accidents
- Scratches, broken glass or chips
- Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party
- Lost or stolen goods or parts

The Warranty Period for Abbott Lyon Jewellery is five (5) years from the date of purchase and one (1) year for Handbags & Accessories.
Within the warranty period, if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, Abbott Lyon will provide a like for like replacement, at no charge- If your model is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.
Any replacement item will be covered under the same warranty period from the original order.

The Warranty Period for Abbott Lyon Sterling Silver & Diamond Jewelry is five (5) years from the date of purchase. For all other Jewelry and Watches the warranty is two (2) years and one (1) year for Handbags & Accessories.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your order for something else or receive a refund, simply return it within 100 days of the delivery date.
We hope you can understand that personalised products and earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty), however if you have a problem, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will do what they can to help.
A few things to be aware of:
- All products must be in their original new condition, with all packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns on personalised items. These include all products in the name collection, and any additional engraving or metal letters added to an item (unless faulty).
- We cannot accept returns on earrings (unless faulty).
- We cannot refund gift packaging.
- Returns are processed within five working days of our warehouse receiving them. Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.
If you wish to receive a refund for any products purchased in a 2 for 1 offer, both items will need to be returned. If you would like to exchange just one of these items for an alternative product, then you only need to return the item you are exchanging.
