Easy Returns

We hope you love your Abbott Lyon pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we've made returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

1-Year Returns
You can return eligible jewellery items within 12 months of delivery. One pair of earrings may be returned per year.

Personalised & Customised Items
Because personalised pieces are made especially for you, they can't be returned for a refund. However, you can exchange them for store credit within 30 days of delivery. One exchange per item, per original order is permitted.

UK Returns
For UK returns, a £2.49 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
