Abbott Lyon Promotions 2025 - Terms & Conditions

Abbott Lyon offers various promotions to its customers. By using any promotional offer, you agree to the terms set out below. Abbott Lyon reserves the right to amend or cancel promotions at any time, especially in cases of misuse or where necessary.

1. General Conditions

  • Promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.

  • Promotions are only valid through the Abbott Lyon website unless otherwise stated.

  • Only one discount or promotional code can be applied per order.

  • All discount codes are entered at checkout.

  • Abbott Lyon reserves the right to cancel any order where a discount code is deemed to have been used inappropriately or without approval.

  • 100% discount codes may be used once per customer per category and must not be duplicated.

2. Exclusions

The following are excluded from all discount codes, percentage-off promotions, multi-buy offers, and sitewide promotions (unless otherwise stated):

  • Teddy Bears
  • Jewellery Cases
  • Bundles & Gift Sets are excluded from all discount codes.

3. Percentage-Off Discounts

  • Percentage-off discount codes cannot be used on the items listed in the exclusions.

  • Percentage-off discounts are applied to the RRP of the product.

  • Only one percentage-off code can be used per order.

  • Percentage-off discount codes cannot be combined with multi-buy offers, bundle discounts, or sitewide promotions.

  • Percentage-off codes must be entered at checkout; discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.

  • All percentage-off discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

     

    4. Multi-Buy Offers (e.g. 2 For 1)

      • Simply add two eligible items to your basket and apply the code 2FOR1 at checkout. The cost of the lower-priced item will be deducted automatically, meaning you’ll only pay for one qualifying item.
      • For the offer to apply, both items in your basket need to be eligible for the discount and not in the exclusion list referenced above.
      • You can mix and match across styles, colours, and collections.
      • The offer cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offers.
      • The offer will only apply when a minimum of two qualifying products are in your basket.

      5. Black Friday Promotions

      • Our 2-for-1 and 35% off Black Friday offers are valid from 16th November 08:00 GMT until 23:59 GMT on 1st December.
      • Our Black Friday offers can be redeemed at checkout through using code 'BLACK35' (for 35% off) or '2FOR1' (for 2-for-1). Only one code can be used per transaction.
      • After this date, the promotions will no longer be available and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

      6. Gift With Purchase Promotions

      • Qualification Criteria: Ring sizers and Floating Heart Charms do not count towards the minimum spend threshold for any Gift With Purchase (“GWP”) promotion. Orders containing only these items will not qualify for a GWP.

      • One GWP Per Order: Only one GWP may be redeemed per order, regardless of order value beyond the stated threshold.

      • Whilst Stocks Last: GWPs are subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, whilst stocks last.

      • Non-Transferable: GWPs cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts, and cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders.
      • Promo Changes: Abbott Lyon reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion, including GWPs, at any time and without prior notice where circumstances make such changes necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

      • Misuse: Abbott Lyon reserves the right to refuse participation in GWP promotions where abuse or manipulation of the promotion is suspected.
      • Complimentary Products (free or discounted) cannot be returned or exchanged for a different colour, size, or item. If a Complimentary Product is faulty, the customer must provide photos or videos so Abbott Lyon can assess the issue. Once confirmed as faulty, the product will be replaced with the same type where available. If the same type is out of stock, Abbott Lyon may replace it with another product of similar value.
