We want your Christmas gift to be perfect, so we have extended our returns policy to give you extra peace of mind. Orders placed between the 1st November and 23rd December this year are eligible for exchange or store credit up to the 23rd January 2022. If you would like to return your order for a full refund, simply return it within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns on personalised items and earrings, however if you have a problem, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to help and will do what they can to fix any issues.
If there is a quality issue or personalisation error we will exchange your item for a new one.
