Laze Wear FAQ's
What are your pyjamas made of?
Our pyjamas are a satin made from a blend of polyester and elastane. We chose to incorporate elastane so that the pyjamas have a bit of stretch and would be super comfy to wear all day and night (you could even have a little yoga stretch in them!!) Some people have asked about the option of silk. Here at Laze not only do we believe in ethical sourcing we also believe in keeping luxury, accessible. We don't believe in the processes that occur within the silk-trade not only to workers but to the silk worms and so we will never produce silk. We searched high and low to find a silk-alternative that was more friendly and definitely just as comfortable and beautiful and that's how Laze Wear was born!
Why do you only do three sizes?
We've only just started and as a small, new brand there's some risk to be taken. Whilst we only do three sizes at the moment in order to get our amazing brand off the ground we definitely want to produce more sizes in the future! We're all about being whatever size you want to be!
Can I order the top and shorts separately?
YES! We understand that not every body shape is the same so we are pleased offer tops and shorts that are sold separately.
What happens if they don't fit?
Oh no!! We can't have this! You need to be lazing away in those PJs asap! No problem, just give us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know, then just pop your PJs in the post with all the original tags still attached and via a tracked service (so we know they will get back to us safely) and we'll organise an exchange for you! If you have any questions about the size before your purchase don't hesitate to give us an email at email@example.com and we'll advise you which pair to go for!
How do the pyjamas arrive?
Your pyjamas come beautifully packaged in our one of a kind marble Laze envelope box and you'll spot the parcel a mile off with our shiny silver mailer bag!! We believe they are the perfect gift so we make sure that they arrive to you looking super sweet ready for a bow and a card! If you're ordering as a gift and don't want the recipient to know just ping us an email and we can take any logos off the mailing packaging to keep it a great surprise!
Why is the brand called Laze Wear?
We called our brand Laze Wear because we think we're a lounging revolution! Laze was created because we couldn't find beautiful pyjamas fit for answering the door to the postman in, that weren't a hefty price tag. We wanted pyjamas we could Laze in all day and feel stylish doing so. It was all about being a new kind of sleepwear and that's where we coined the term Lazewear, a new way to style your sleep!
What is personalisation?
Our personalised Pyjamas make the perfect wedding and bridesmaid gift, a special treat for your loved ones or why not spoil yourself? Our monograms are heat pressed flocking (similar to touch like velvet) for extra comfort so you don’t get that itchy scratchy backing that you get from embroidery! They still withstand the same wash and care instructions but be careful not to iron over them and to make them last even longer we suggest avoiding tumble drying your pyjamas! We can monogram a maximum of four letters and your monogram will appear exactly as you input the spelling. The monogram will be in capital letters (e.g. PMAY). We can embroider one symbol such as a dash or full stop (eg. P.M). The monogram will be in the best placed position on the front pocket (please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss bespoke options!).
Unfortunately we are not able to offer next day delivery on personalised products.
Please allow an extra 2-3 days on top of your delivery choice as we like to ensure your personalised PJ’s are perfect before they are sent!
Our pyjamas are made for wearing and being lived in. We want you to be able to wear your Laze all week long - not wait for it to come back from the dry cleaners! Although we must say to sustain its longevity make sure you wash at 30 degrees with similar colours, do not bleach, tumble dry on low and only use a warm iron on your pyjamas. We advise before use that you wash your pyjamas.
