Returns Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your order we are more than happy to exchange or refund providing the item is in the following conditions:

Watches & Jewellery:
The item needs to be returned in its original packaging and in an unworn condition with protective stickers still intact.

Clothing:
The item needs to be in good condition, unworn, with original tags intact with no sign of marks or make-up

If you are returning an item for a refund, we accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Exchanges & Refunds

If you return an item for a refund outside of the 14 day return period and within the 30 day exchange period, you will have the choice to exchange your item or to be issued with store credit to the same value of your returned items. We will cover the cost of your return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item. 

Items returned outside of these periods may be refunded/exchanged at our discretion - please email us first for confirmation.

As engraving and embossed items are custom made for each customer, they are non-refundable or returnable unless we have made a mistake.

Information to include with your return:

In order for us to be able to process your exchange or refund in the quickest manner possible, please ensure you have the following with your return (failure to include these items will slow the returns process down):

  • The original invoice you received with your Abbott Lyon item
  • Written information on what your issue is (e.g. faulty, incorrect sizing etc.)
  • Desired action (e.g. full refund, exchange for different product etc.) 
  • If you cannot find your invoice, please ensure that your order number and contact details are included with the return.

It also helps us if you can fill in this link as well as the information included in your return parcel.

Posting your Abbott Lyon:

If you are in the UK, you can redeem a prepaid return label from this link. The return postage cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrectly received.

If you are in Germany, please contact our Customer Services team (help@abbottlyonsupport.com) who will arrange a return label at a cost of €5.00. This charge will be refunded if the item is faulty or packed incorrectly by Abbott Lyon when received by the Returns team.

We recommend sending your return back by a signed for service to ensure it arrives safely, however, the delivery method is completely up to you. Please ensure you receive and retain a proof of purchase receipt from the courier.
