When does the Black Event start?
The Black Event is now LIVE! If you’re signed up to the newsletter already you’ll know we’ve started spoiling our VIPs.

What offers will you have?
Well, we’re not going to ruin the surprise, are we?!
You’ll receive daily updates via the newsletter, and the offers will go live on the site and social media each morning, so stay tuned.
Discounts are available for the advertised period only, and stock is limited - place your order when you see the offer to avoid disappointment!
Only one discount code can be used at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
We’ll be working hard to try and ship your orders as soon as we can, but please allow for delays during peak times.
*Please allow an extra 1-3 days for non-personalised items and an additional 2-4 days for personalised items on top of quoted delivery times*
There will be no next day delivery service available from 22 November- 3 December.
UK Express shipping will be a 1-3 day service.
Can I return it if I don’t like it?
All orders are subject to the usual Returns Policy which we’ve extended until 24 January.
Gift bags and gift wrapping are non-returnable. Personalised items are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless we made a mistake.
Personalised Gift Hampers: are non refundable. Non Personalised Gift Hampers: all items are required to be returned (including the gift box) and in resellable condition for a refund to be issued. If a fault develops with an item in your hamper, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
