If you would like to exchange your order for something else or receive a refund, simply return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note, discounted products that are purchased during our Christmas or January Sale period (starting 23/12/2020 to 31st/01/2021) or that have a discount code applied can be returned for a free exchange or store credit within 30 days (these items are not eligible for a refund).
